  1. A customer raises a request to a business/brand using the Mteja360 Mobile App.
  2. The business gets notified of the request on their integrated Mteja360 Dashboard.
  3. The business addresses and solves the request in a strict timeline, almost immediately, so as to reduce negative reviews.
  4. The Customer's issue is solved.
  5. The Customer rates and comments on the experience on the Mteja360 Mobile App. The business can view all comments, rates and feedback on the Mteja360 platform.

  1. Click on the “Start Free 15-Day trial” tab on any of the Mteja360 Web Pages.
  2. Enter your Business Email and Create a Password.
  3. Verify your Log In credentials by clicking on the link sent to your email address.
  4. Wait 24 Hours for approval by the Mteja360 administrator.
  5. You will receive an approval email. Click on the link or go to “Log In” on the Mteja360 website.

Not to worry!!

  1. Simply tap on the Forgot Password tab in the Log In page.
  2. Go to your email and click on the link sent by the Mteja360 Team. The link will redirect you to a new Mteja360 web page where you will need to reset your password.
  3. Enter your new password and click “Save”. Step 4. You can proceed to log in.

  1.  Log in to your Mteja360 Mobile app.
  2.  Go to “My Brands”.
  3.  Select the Brand which you would like to raise a complaint.
  4.  Tap on "Ask for Help".
  5.  Enter/Type in your complaint/request on the Help Page.
  6.  Upload any supporting images to help the Business understand your query faster.
  7.  Tap the "Submit" button.
  8.  Someone from the Brand/Business will handle the request or get in touch via call/SMS.
